1.1 ESD and Surge Protection Using LANTSPD-C8 & WPE3V3D3ULA
This solution is applicable for transmission rates of 10Mbps/100Mbps/1000Mbps/2.5Gbps/5Gbps. The secondary stage uses a small-package SOD-323 low-capacitance ESD suppressor for protection, offering ESD protection up to 30KV, effectively preventing interference caused by electrostatic discharge. The primary stage uses a semiconductor discharge tube combined with an RC circuit, providing effective common-mode surge protection up to 8KV (10/700μs).
